Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your apps keep running until the end of the billing period.
What happens after my trial?
The 3-day trial costs $1. When it ends you can upgrade to Pro or Scale to keep your project live — nothing is deleted, your project is simply paused until you pick a plan.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference on your next invoice.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't right within the first 14 days of a paid plan, reach out and we'll make it right with a full refund.
What counts as an end-user?
An end-user is a unique authenticated account in one of your projects. Anonymous visitors and your own team members don't count toward the limit.
Is there a free tier?
We start at $1 for a 3-day trial instead of a permanent free tier — it keeps the platform fast and abuse-free while letting you ship a real app before committing.
